AFL tips and betting Round 10 wrap
Another mixed round of results in AFL tips and betting in what is panning out to be an even but erratic season in 2018. We had an excellent result with Essendon on the bounce and a 2 unit strong bet +30.5 and win $4.75 over Geelong, go the result with a big +43.5 line Gold Coast in China but missed on our best bets with Hawthorn and Richmond both disappointing in flat performances.
Winning results AFL tips and betting Round 9:
Essendon 2 unit strong bet +30.5
Essendon .5 unit win $4.55
Gold Coast 1 unit +30.5
Adelaide nice win in the wet
It was a wet gloomy Friday night in Adelaide as the Crows made mince meat of the Bulldogs who are now 0-8 on Friday nights in recent times. The Crows, given an extensive injury list are nicely placed at 6-3. The Bulldogs are precariously placed at 4-5 and at the bottom of the mid table group. It was a no bet game for AFL tips and betting round 9 and for AFL Round 10 tips and betting Adelaide play Melbourne in Alice Springs whilst the Dogs play Collingwood on a Friday night going for 0-9 on Friday nights in AFL Round 10 tips and betting.
Essendon in a big bounce
Essendon was an excellent AFL tips and betting play in a nice bounce as a 2 unit strong bet +30.5 and win $4.55 against Geelong. The Essendon bounce was anticipated and they were very strong in an 84-50 result and most impressive was their ability to keep a free scoring Geelong down to 50 points. Nothing like moving on a key Coach to get a result for the Bombers whilst Geelong now sit eighth at 5-4. In AFL Round 10 tips and betting the Bombers come up against GWS whilst Geelong plays the hapless Carlton.
Carlton well and truly in the Blues
Carlton were absolutely smashed 50-159 by Melbourne which was just a horrific result for the young, injury plagued Blues. This was a no bet AFL tips and betting game which provides further ammunition of Melbourne’s improvement and how hapless the Blues are. In AFL Round 10 tips and betting Melbourne front Adelaide in Alice Springs whilst Carlton play Geelong off a big loss.
Collingwood cement mid table position
Collingwood had a strong win over St Kilda and cement a place mid table at 5-4 whilst St Kilda sit third bottom at 1-1-7. Collingwood play Bulldogs Friday night in AFL Round 10 tips and betting whilst St Kilda plays Richmond off the loss…ouch!
Port the China champs
Port won a lacklustre game against Gold Coast but we collected in AFL tips and betting in a +43.5 wager win on Gold Coast. Both these two head to a bye and not before time for the Suns who have really struggled of late and Port who sit 6-3 firmly in the AFL top 8.
Sydney in a canter
Sydney won their second of five home games at the SCG this year with a 111-52 win over Fremantle that sunk our AFL tips and betting Freo +30.5 wager. The disappointing result here was the Dockers inability to kick a score once again away from maintaining a recent trend. Buddy was back and the Swans retain a top 4 spot at 6-3 as they head to AFL Round 10 tips and betting game versus Brisbane whilst Fremantle head to the relative comfort of Perth to take on the rampaging North Melbourne.
North keep on keeping on
Speaking of North they had a massive win over a most disappointing GWS. North is the surprise packet of 2018 AFL tips and betting season and travels to Perth versus Dockers this week whilst GWS is in real trouble and needs to bounce hard in AFL Round 10 tips and betting in its game against Essendon off the big win.
Brisbane off the bottom
Brisbane has been building and was coming off a three game peak performance which is now a four game streak in its AFL tips and betting win over Hawthorn. We had the Hawks as a best bet but they were flat and allowed the Lions a 129-73 score line in its loss. In AFL Round 10 tips and betting Brisbane plays Sydney whilst Hawthorn has top of the table West Coast.
West Coast top of the table
West Coast goes top of the AFL table with its big won over Richmond in the last game of AFL tips and betting Round 10 and a declaration from Richmond Coach Hardwick that the Eagles are the real deal. West Coast now travels to Hawthorn on a four game peak performance streak whilst Richmond plays the 1-1-7 St Kilda.
