Our AFL tips and betting model has us feel that to be 7-5 at the half way mark of the season is enough to launch an attack on the AFL finals. To this point we are dismissing 7 teams from being able to make the AFL finals. AFL tips and betting leaves us with 11 teams that can make the AFL finals. We believe 5 teams are set and will make the AFL finals:
West Coast, Richmond, Melbourne, Sydney, Geelong
AFL Finals 6 into 3 does not go

We note as a rule of thumb there are minimum of two changes in/out of the AFL Finals each year. Melbourne will definitely make the AFL Finals 2018 leaving us potentially with North, Collingwood and Hawthorn as new entries whilst leaving Essendon definitely missing out and GWS, Port, Adelaide vulnerable.

St Kilda 1 unit +54.5
Gazza kicked 3 goals in a triumphant return to Gold Coast and Geelong was a 121-36 winner in smashing Suns on a -18.5 line. Richmond were men playing against boys in a 2 unit strong bet win on a -19.5 line in smashing Essendon 114-43 and reaffirming to us they are comfortably favourites for this years AFL Grand Final 2018. St Kilda were a nice +54.5 line cover in AFL tips and betting in a 7 goal to 1 last quarter against top placed West Coast and going down 88-101 in an improved performance.
We missed in the Sydney game on a -50.5 line in a 91-61 win over Carlton, the Bulldogs led 3 goals to nil but then Melbourne monstered the young Dogs in a 100-51 win and Collingwood smashed our selection Fremantle who are well and truly in the doldrums on a +30.5 line losing 77-138.
In other games Port Adelaide in an undisciplined performance lost 61-64 in Tassie against the Hawks, North kept their juggernaut alive in a 141-87 win over Brisbane and Adelaide’s loss and injury woes continued in a home loss to GWS who recovered from a four game losing streak.
