Best Each Way Roughie $26

Let’s take a look at our Memsie Stakes Racing Review from last Saturday racing as we launch into the Spring Racing Carnival for 2024. Racing last Saturday from Caulfield Melbourne Racing Tips and Rosehill Sydney Racing Tips kick starts us to the big racing season. Some excellent results from Saturday Racing Tips, the highlight we just missed Best Each Way Roughie Bet $27 just missed. It was race 5 Cadetship beaten by .6 of a length and here is what our summary was of the Waller roughie.

Other big winners for the weekend Racing were Rosehill Race 6 Storm Boy and Race 7 Autumn Glow both strong winners. Viminele was a lovely BEST BET winner at Doomben from our Expert Brisbane Racing Tips Analyst Blaazing Ben Perkins.

ROSEHILL Race 5 CADETSHIP.
BEST EACH WAY ROUGHIE BET.
second $6.50 place.
Was BIG effort considering track bias and was worse than midfield. Really made strong ground but the run ended at the 50 meter mark. Super solid effort and is a BLACK BOOKER going forward.

ROSEHILL RACE 6 STORM BOY.
Brilliant winner and return but was suited by the leader bias. It could not have done anymore and is now $17 into $11 for The Everest as part of the Sydney Spring Racing Carnival.

ROSEHILL RACE 7 AUTUMN GLOW.
What a super impressive horse and a VERY nice win. Was as strong as an ox and a great ride to mitigate track bias. The world is her oyster and smashed into evens for Flight Stakes.

BR6 VIMINELE BEST BET WINNER $3.60.
Fell in but that’s all they have to do. Was a genuine query at the 1600m but ran it out to the centre meter. One stride more was done take the money and move on!!

MEMSIE STAKES CAULFIELD

Our Memsie Stakes Racing Review takes a horse by horse look at the big Group 1 race.

PINSTRIPED what a GREAT win, chased out hard and has been a horse chaser. Tightened from $17 into $8 for the Toorak Handicap and also $26 into $13 for the Makybe Diva. MR BRIGHTSIDE was an excellent return, looked the winner half way down straight. Back on track for whatever path they choose.

ANTINO was probably the run of the race, terrible away was well beaten but finding line. AEGON the rider reported eased it down possibly amiss. PRIDE OF JENNI has had 7 first up runs AND never placed so that says it all and probably better for the run. GENTLEMAN ROY had every hope but outclassed.
