Saver Bet becomes Strong Bet Winner and 9 unit profit

Here to Shock a BIG Pete Brinky Strong Bet Winner last Saturday Caulfield

Race 9 at Caulfield Saturday was an interesting race for us with Pete Brinky Melbourne Saturday Racing Tips.

We were keen on N4 Lucky Decision and we put up as a Best Bet. However we also had a watchful eye on N20 Here to Shock, who on Friday when we put our tips out was still a 4th emergency and was not certain to get a run.

That all changed on Saturday morning when there were race scratchings AND including one of our selections Sig Positano.

With money flowing to Here To Shock, we quickly reacted in our Saturday Late Mail update and promoted Here to Shock as a 2 unit STRONG BET.

It proved to be a good decision for our subscribers…Here to Shock romped home…jumped well from an inside gate there were some worrying moments early and mid race as the horse was over racing and really fighting the rider. Settled a bit better before the turn when the field wanted to get away from the rail. Jockey Tatum Bull forced Here To Shock through the massive gap on the fence and put them away cold VERY strong performance and well found by Pete and our Mail Man!!

Heavily backed 9-1 into 5-1

The bookies bet 9-1 Friday night, plenty of 7-1 Saturday morning and by race time it was 5-1 so plenty of support.

So a 5 unit outlay returns anywhere between 14 units to 10 units for a nice profit return at Caulfield Melbourne Racing. 

What this does demonstrate is that despite having a BEST BET, race circumstances can change and we had variations of this both Friday night and Saturday morning and we were delighted to be able to provide the updates and make the adjustments accordingly.
