Addeybb wins Queen Elizabeth Stakes
Saturday Racing Tips review
It was with an eye to the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival that we watched with interest the final day of the Sydney Racing Tips Autumn Carnival The Championships at Randwick racecourse. It was the Queen Elizabeth Stakes that was the focus of the Sydney Saturday Racing Tips meeting with four Group 1 races on the 9 race card.
Queen Elizabeth Stakes – Cox Plate of the Autumn
The Queen Elizabeth Stakes was the feature race of the Sydney Saturday Racing Tips meeting at Randwick. In our pre race Sydney Racing Tips, we could not split Addeybb, Danon Premium and Te Akau Shark. Eddeybb was too strong again and won by a lengthy margin, even stronger than its win in the Ranvet Stakes. Verry Elleegant was bold running second (as it did in the Ranvet to the winner).
Japanese horse Danon Premium was a drifter in betting but loomed in the straight to look to challenge but Eddeyb simply brushed it off to lengthen its win. Master of Wine was a super run finishing fourth and Te Akau Shark and Melody Belle battled into fifth and sixth but looked like they had had enough this campaign. The result was the winner was simply too good.
Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival 2020
The top 6 place getters are the top 6 in line of betting for the Melbourne Racing Tips Spring Racing Carnival. Addeybb heads the line of betting at 5-1 for the Cox Plate but what is a fascinating position is that these horses will all likely challenge again in the Spring Racing Carnival Melbourne at Moonee Valley.

Sydney Racing Tips Australian Oaks – a Spring Star is Born
Our Expert Sydney Racing Tips analyst Blaazing Ben Perkins had Colette as top selection and rated as a 2 unit Strong Bet to subscribers. She duly saluted in a strong win and was given an excellent ride by Glen Boss to come away with the fillies 3 year old classic. In doing so, she appears to be a star in the making as she goes into the next season as a 4 year old mare.
Colette moved up the odds of the Melbourne Racing Tips Spring Carnival markets, especially in the Caulfield Cup and Cox Plate. She is now equal favourite for the Cox Plate and fifth line of betting for the Cox Plate where she will carry a feather weight. But it is the Caulfield Cup that is of particular interest to us. We go back to the mighty mare Lets Elope in 1991 and most recently Jameka as 4 year old mares to win the Caulfield Cup. On Saturday Colette won with the same type of class as these great mares.
Last Saturday Racing Tips
It was a tough day at Randwick last Saturday after the spectacular day of the week prior with Nettoyer winning the Doncaster at 41-1 as a selection by our man Blaazing Ben Perkins.
Our Melbourne Racing Tips with Expert Melbourne Racing Tips analyst Pete Brinky had 3 winners for the day. Race 4 winner Too Good Too Hard won at 5-1 ($4 rated price) with Royal Crown winning race 5 at $6. Order of Command was a strong overlay winner for us in race 6 as a 2 unit Strong Bet with plenty of 10-1 available on our rated price of $5.
Brisbane Racing Tips last Saturday $23 winner
Brisbane Racing Tips with Blaazing Ben the week prior was 7 winners. He kept up his outstanding Expert Brisbane Racing Tips form on Saturday with another 6 winners. It was the first 5 winners on the card, then finished second in the next 3 races and following up with the winner in the last to make it 6 for the day.
But not only was it 6 winners but included amongst them was a 23-1 winner. Ben tipped Great Powers amongst his top four selections in race 7 as a 13-1 chance and duly saluted the judge as a $23 winner and a great overlay value bet for subscribers.

It has been a wonderful Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival and the action continues this Saturday at Randwick. Group 1 action continues with the Group 1 All Aged Stakes and the Champagne Stakes.
