Autumn Racing Carnival in full swing

The Autumn Racing Tips Carnival 2021 is in full swing with our Melbourne Racing Tips and Sydney Racing Tips last Saturday. Our feature races for Saturday Racing Tips last week was the Group 1 Orr Stakes at Caulfield along with the Blue Diamond Prelude’s for the 2 year old colts and fillies.  These two races are a critical guide to the Blue Diamond Stakes for the 2 year olds at Caulfield on the 20th February.

In Sydney Racing Tips we had the Inglis Sprint over 1200m for 3 year olds and the Inglis Millenium over 1100m for the 2 year olds. It sets us for a massive Autumn Racing Carnival in Melbourne and Sydney along with our Adelaide Racing Tips and Brisbane Racing Tips. Here is a look at some of the big race results from last Saturday Racing Tips meetings around the country.

Probabeel was a brilliant winner of the Group 3 Bellmaine Stakes over 1200m and was our Expert Melbourne Racing Tips analyst Pete Brinkys top select in the Bellmaine. Heavily backed late into $2.70 fav, Probabeel heads now to Futurity Stakes on Blue Diamond day and then the All Star Mile. Based on last Saturdays run it will be hard to beat in both. It was a HUGE return 3 wide no cover and had brilliant acceleration. The second horse Paul Regret was unlucky and Snapdancer no match for the winner.

The Blue Diamond Prelude races for the colts, geldings and fillies are both critical races in the lead up to the Blue Diamond Stakes. The Blue Diamond Stakes is a brilliant day of Melbourne Saturday Racing Tips with the Futurity Stakes and Newmarket Handicap all on the same day.

The winner of the Prelude for fillies Arcaded had a good run and put them away. A couple of roughies at odds out the race are Ginibi 4 wide no cover on pace was a big effort ($301) and Calliper ran home well from the back after burning midrace fuel ($201).

General Beau $3 fav was a nice winner of the Colts and Geldings race along with Jigsaw and Construct ($15 and 34) the best other division. Jigsaw was wide no cover and fought like a bulldog. Construct had to go back from gate with a scintillating last 200 metres.

Sydney Racing Tips saw Profiteer win first class in the Inglis Mellinium and is right in the frame for the Golden Slipper. Proifteer was an easing even money fav. and now becomes the new $4.60 fav for the Golden Slipper replacing Blue Diamond fav Enthaar.

The Inglis Sprint winner Rocketing By at 26-1 was a nice strong win but had every hope. The other pair Ole Kirk and Dame Giselle were always going to be better for the hit out and not disgraced with better races awaiting.

Saturdays Racing Tips This Week

Racing this Saturday Racing Tips takes us to Doomben Flemington, Randwick and Morphettville. We have the Group 1 Lightning Stakes at Flemington along with the CS Hayes Stakes. At Randwick it’s the Southern Cross, Light Fingers and the Apollo Stakes all Group 2’s to round out a big day of Racing Tips.
