Sydney Racing Tips Review $90 WINNER

Sydney Racing Tips BIG winner Torrens at 90-1

It was a brilliant day for those subscribers to our Sydney Racing Tips and Expert Sydney Racing Tips analyst Blazing Ben Perkins. And so it was in Saturday Sydney Randwick Racing Tips last Saturday and our 90-1 tip and winner in race 2 Torrens. Blazing Ben Aka “Mr Longshot” found Torrens at the juicy odds of 90-1 (our rated price $41) and it’s a horse he has been tipping its last couple of runs and his patience was rewarded with a big payday. With the Sydney Winter Racing Carnival just around the corner it is good to see Ben on his “A Game” with Saturday Racing Tips.

Sydney Racing analyst Blazing Ben at it again – Torrens WINS 90-1

We send our Racing Tips out about 5pm on Friday afternoons and we do that so you can get the best odds before Saturday race day. Well this was well and truly the case for Sydney Saturday Racing Tips and our $90 tip and winner Torrens at Randwick.

Race 2 in Sydney Randwick Racing Tips last Saturday. We like the fav the Maher/Eustace trained Red Santa and our second selection the roughie Torrens. We sent out two tips in that race on Friday night and it appears we weren’t the only ones to find the roughie with it strongly supported from $90 on Friday night when we sent our Sydney Racing Tips to subscribers to start on race day at $23.

Value Sydney Racing Tips

It was a classic Top Saturday Racing Tips value tip boy Mr Longshot Blazing Ben Perkins. We rated Torrens a 41-1 chance and could not believe the 90-1 put up by bookies. Torres destroyed them having a nice run in transit simply put them away at the 200m and was eased down on the line for big win.

What we had to say about Torrens on our Racing Tips form sheet.
SR Randwick Race 2 N5 Torrens $41.00
“Big odds roughie we have backed the last couple, go on two runs ago when a good run, d-day is here”.

The trainer Ms L Parker was hauled into the stewards room post race was asked to explain the horses improved performance. She alerted them to the fact the track was hard as a rock at Kembla last start (good 3). The horse didn’t stretch out but on a good 4 today, a claiming apprentice and race hard got it made all the difference. Our race commentary on Torrens stated to go on 2 starts back when ran a good seventh was the form to go on. So it was the case and that it certainly was a BIG result for our subscribers!!

WInx Stakes – Mo’unga gets home in Group 1 classic

What a return it was by Mo’unga in the Winx Stakes. The star 3yo had returned in great fettle and trainer Annabel Neasham said he had “grown from a boy into a man” during his spell. He tracked up the champion mare Verry Elleegant and he knuckled down and outfought probably the best fighter we have seen in recent times in Verry Elleegant. it was a courageous effort and we are starting to see with this horse he likes to do only what he has to do to win. He races very much reminiscent of the great Octagonal. Ben had Verry Elleegant and Mo’unga in his top 3 selections for the Winx Stakes.

Cox Plate bound – Verry Elleegant, Mo’unga, Zaaki

Both Mo’unga and Verry Elleegant look set to have a month between runs fronting up next in the George Main Stakes. Neasham is still undecided on a Cox Plate or Golden Eagle start with her 4yo star Mo’unga.

Neasham already has Cox Plate fav Zaaki and the mouth waters at this trio all running in the WSX Cox Plate. Zaaki is the classier horse but likes to win by margins and he was beaten in the only scrap we saw him in Sydney. Given the Cox Plate comes down to the wire this gives a real leaning for us to Mo’unga as a fighter. We have in Verry Elleegant still doing things wrong but there is nice improvement in her no doubt.

One of the other runs out of the Winx Stakes race was Hungry Heart. The star 3yo filly has returned in superb form and she was sneaking home beautifully the last bit. Once again her path is unclear but if she runs in the Golden Eagle $15 looks a nice price!

Atishu was a very nice return with the stable leaving many options on the table. The horse admittedly had a nice run in transit but put them away nicely. Post race the owner spoke of many options. They will run the horse over 1509m in a couple of weeks and if she races a bit dour then she could be on the Caulfield Cup path. However the Epsom mile and the Golden Eagle beckon if she shows the preference for the shorter trip.

Great News made a terrific return and is a horse to follow. Races wide no cover made a sustained run and took the lead looking the winner but was swamped late. Probably heads to a race like the Theo Marks Stakes in a couple of weeks and will take some beating.

Ice Bath made a great return and will be looking to finally put a big race next to his name after being nosed by Cascadian in the Epsom and Collete in the Golsen Eagle. He sat deep on Saturday and really kept finding the line in great return
