Last weekend saw the end of the Adelaide Racing Carnival and the Group 1 Goodwood Handicap, the feature sprint race of the Carnival. In Brisbane torrential rain saw the cancellation of the big Doomben Cup meeting. In a further blow to Brisbane Racing, the meeting was to be rescheduled on Wednesday but that also haas been cancelled due to heavy rain. They really cannot take a trick in Queensland. We also had Melbourne Racing from Flemington and Sydney Racing from Rosehill.

Our Expert Racing Tips analyst in Melbourne Pete Brinky really came up trumps on this one. VERY tough win, raced wide early then great work by jockey Newitt to slot in, he took off a long way out with a sustained run, STRONG WIN

It was a really BEAUTIFUL ride, sat 1 off 4th off a hot tempo had the race absolutely set up to its liking cruised up to them on straightening and dropping back from the 2500m powered away from them for big win. Great tip from Adelaide Racing Tips analyst Value Victor.

This is as good a win as you will EVER see from a $34 pop!! Began well but was wide still couldn’t get in after going back-so went forward again-got some cover from 6-400, then popped out and blew them away really!! Terrific Selection from our man Blaazing Ben in Sydney aka Mr Longshot.
