Race 1
On what looks like a very tough programme, the first is no exception.  De Little Engine has plenty of ability and was narrowly beaten last start.  Had good form in good class 3yr old events last prep and looks ready to win.  Both Hucknall and Purple Smile are last start country winners and both show staying potential.

Race 2
Danestorm has been around the mark in city grade of late and with the claim looks a the one to beat.  I Love It had good form last prep but was a bit ordinary first up.  Can improve here and be amongst the chances. Sentfromthestars has only had 5 starts for a couple of wins and couple placings.  Drawn to get good run and also looks a good chance.

Race 3
Tax Evader looks a bit bet than most of these and goes on top here.  Prefer over more ground but class may get him through.  Gracious Prospect looks to be in for good prep and looks the danger.

Race 4
This looks nearly a stay out race!  If you feel the urge to play, Keep an  eye on the bottom 2.  Both first up with ordinary form, lightly raced, but from strong stables.

Race 5
Profit Share looks one of the better bets on the programme after a good first up win.  Looked promising last prep and looks like come back well.  Shaf was good in strong race at Valley and is the definite danger, whilst We’ve Got This was good win at only start and lot of respect for stable.

Race 6
In the feature race of the day for 2yr olds in the clockwise direction, going with the exposed form.
Prompt Return was good winner down the straight on Emirates day and picks himself.  Atlanta Miss was god winner in Adelaide on debut and lot of respect for stable.  Carriages has the advantage of raced in Sydney in this direction and was well fancied when third.

Race 7
Henwood looks the obvious here after a terrific run at the Valley over unsuitable distance.  Inside barrier slight concern but has the the long straight here to get out and run on.  Interesting runner is Kosciuszkos Side, first up and over from Adelaide.  Has good strike rate and is a definite watch.

Race 8
Tough Ballarat Cup with many chances.  Settled on a couple of the Smerdon runners but not confident.  Spinderella is an up and coming staying mare, whilst Electric Fusion was disappointing last time out but is a lot better than that.

Race 9
Eximus was unlucky last time out at Flemington and loos the one to beat here.  However, may be a Flemington horse.  Fulgur and Zuma Roc both first up over the mile create plenty of interest and wouldn’t surprise.

Race 10
In a toughie to finish day, going with a couple of up and comers down in weights.  Tashbeeh has good form in good company and looks the one to beat.  Lady Tatia was god second first up and looked promising last prep, be it over more ground.
